The purpose of the activity - Knowing the concept of an orchestra, working on the ability to stop when necessary and giving respect to a member who plays, internalizing different rhythms.
The set of activities for ages 3-6:
about the song -A colorful orchestral song full of surprises, different musical instruments and the favorite traditional songs. In the song, a repeating chorus invites everyone to tap together in a festive orchestra, and in the houses - each time a different percussion instrument tells us about Hanukkah through a familiar and well-known song. Suitable for orchestral work and also as a festive song for a party.
at the meeting - We will introduce the various musical instruments. We will examine them - structure, shape, sound
We will learn the rhythm of the chorus and tap it together with our hands and also with the help of the different body parts
We will invite representatives from the children who will demonstrate on the different musical instruments the rhythms of each of the songs that appear in the song
Musical instruments will be distributed to all the children
We will work on the ability to play and especially to stop when necessary. It is possible by playing - when we raise our hands, the children will play and when we lower them, it is a sign to stop. Later - each instrument will play when requested and stop when another instrument is playing
We will work together with the song in orchestration and rhythm.
in music -Tismor - in the chorus, you tap together and in the verses, each instrument taps in turn according to the rhythm of the song.
The lyrics -
We will play here in the graduate orchestra / words and grace: Ina Karbinski
ditty
We will play in the orchestra here
A song sung at Hanukkah
on the light, on the miracle of the oil,
on a spinning top and a bulb.
in tapping drums
In honor of all miracles
The third makes a sound
In honor of one big candle
ditty
We will play here in the orchestra...
With sticks you tap
In honor of all pitchers
The bell rings
Tells about the spinner
ditty
We will play here in the orchestra...
