Established the 'Deat-Shilov Arts' college as a home for training educators and professional empowerment with a focus on early childhood. As part of her duties, she lectures and teaches educational teams throughout the country and develops dedicated curricula for an audience of early childhood educators.
The curriculum found in the curriculum database of the Ministry of Education "Development of creative thinking through music and the integration of arts" was developed as a result of research she conducted as part of her thesis.
